VETERANS ADMINISTRATION DISABILITY BENEFITS:

Syndicate Legal Support Services is a team of experienced Veterans Administration Disability Benefits Law Clerks & Senior Paralegals who work with Attorneys throughout the State of California. Syndicate Legal Support Services can provide you and your Law Office(s) with the following Law Clerk & Advanced Paralegal Services with respect to Veterans Administrations Disability Benefits:

The Office of Veterans Administration often unfairly denies service connection for a veteran’s disability which results in a lengthy Appeals Process which can be overwhelming and taxing for anyone not familiar with the process. Then, after all of that, and after the Office of Veterans Administration does finally establish benefits for the Veteran, the Office of Veterans Administration assigns a rating or effective date that is less than the Veteran deserves. The sole purpose for this division is for the Veteran to have a Paralegal, who happens to be a service veteran himself, that has experience in cutting through the VA’s red tape and help the Veteran win their case. We feel this process will help the Veteran save time trying to figure out the VA Disability Form, save money on Attorney Fees, and ultimately get the Veteran the benefits they need and have already earned.

Most Veterans Disability Claims are denied at first, or assigned a lower rating by the VA, because the VA failed to provide the Veteran with a Medical Examination, the VA unfairly denied a service connection to the disability, the VA assigned the wrong rating, the VA assigned the wrong effective date, and/or the VA ignored additional benefits which the Veteran is entitled.

Backpay:

  • When your Client wins their claim (or appeal) they may be owed backpay. This is the money you should have been receiving all along. The Office of Veterans Administration backpay checks can be a significant amount of money. Many veterans find their back pay goes back years! Beware: The Veterans Administration often calculates back pay wrong.

Effective Dates

  • What many Veterans don’t know is how to accurately determine their effective date. The VA is often wrong when it issues an effective date. Many Veterans may not even realize they are missing possibly years of backpay. We spend lots of time focusing on effective dates. Many times, we have found Veterans’ effective dates to have been incorrectly given by the VA.
