Syndicate Legal Support Services is a team of experienced Probate Law Clerks & Senior Paralegals who work with Attorneys throughout the State of California. Syndicate Legal Support Services can provide you, and/or your Law Office(s) with the following Law Clerk & Advanced Paralegal Services with respect to Probate Cases:

Probate Law Clerk & Advanced Paralegal Services (but not limited to):

• Secure Documents related to the Client's Estate

• Prepare a Complete & Detailed Financial Statements of Assets and Liabilities​

• Draft Probate Documents in the Administration of an Estate

  • Petitions​

  • Motions

  • Testamentary Letters

  • Inventories

  • Accountings

  • Notices

  • Fee Waivers

  • Proofs of Services

  • Etc.​

• Assist in the filing of Life Insurance Claims & other Death Benefits​

• Assist in contacting Beneficiaries and Next of Kin regarding Admission of the Will and other Probate Hearings

• Communicate with the Court Clerk(s) and Probate Examiner(s) about Scheduling, Notice or Filing issues.

• Physically go to the Court 1-2 times per week to File / Delivery Courtesy Copies and/or Pick up Orders 

• Manage Probate Court Notices and Service of Process Requirements (Personal, Substitute, and Mail). 

• Assist Administering Estate Accounts and Assisting with the Liquidation and Transfer of Property.

• Handle all Recording and Retrieving of Documents with the Assessor-Recorder's Office (when required).

• Prepare and File the Decedent's Final Income Tax Returns

• Assist in the Administration of Guardianship Trusts (when applicable)

• Assist with Name Changes & Adoption Proceedings (when applicable)

• Prepare Estate Planning Binders 

• Review Documents with Clients and Obtain their Informed Signatures

• Provide Clients' Rights Counseling and Case Management, including maintaining and providing necessary follow-up with Clients (as is authorized by the Attorney).
